Online Hypnotherapy – Can You Do That?
Yes, Yes, Yes!
Hypnosis is a process of focused attention which I achieve through guided visualisation which then includes positive wording and metaphors to enable your mind to re-focus. And so yes, you absolutely can have hypnotherapy online, all you need is to be able to hear my voice.
Each session follows the same protocol as the face to face sessions. We would have an initial consultation as your first session where we will talk about the outcomes that you want to achieve and I’ll tell you all about how we can utilise the power of your mind to achieve them, you’ll also be sent a hypnosis MP3 following this session to listen to at home. Each subsequent session will involve around 25-minutes of solution focused coaching and then 25-minutes of hypnosis.
I use Zoom and upon booking you will receive a confirmation email which will include a zoom link. All you will need to do is click the link a couple of minutes before your session and follow a couple of instructions.
Why leave the comfort of your own home if you don’t need to?
You can train your brain to think in a fundamentally different way but you need to be open minded to change and willing to let go of those patterns of the past.

We can work with all issues using online hypnotherapy – even the stop smoking session which is a one-off session.
For all other issues, clients start to see changes from the very first session but I would advise around 8 to 12 sessions in order to get most issues fully under control.
