8-Week Anxiety Therapy
My 8-week anxiety therapy is a structured approach to help you take control of your anxiety symptoms and move on feeling so much more in control.
You will learn how to use your mind in a fundamentally different way, understand why we feel these symptoms and what they might be trying to tell us, and we will calm down the part of the mind that makes you feel anxious.
You will enjoy 8-weeks of working with me on a one to one basis which can be either through online zoom sessions or face to face at my therapy space in Haworth, West Yorkshire.
You will also receive 6-guided hypnosis MP3's to listen to at home to accompany your journey of change.
The 8-Week Anxiety Therapy is £550 and is to be paid before session 1. I will send you the payment link after we've had a 15-minute chat.

You are welcome to book individual sessions either on Zoom or in Haworth.
Each Session is £70 for 50 minutes.
Weekly sessions are advisable in order for us to build momentum towards the change that we are working on. And to get you to that preferred future as fast as possible.
I work with clients aged over 12.
The first session is always the Initial Consultation which is hugely beneficial. I will find out lots of information about you, I explain why your mind is acting this way...and then we'll come up with a plan. You will receive one of my hypnosis MP3's at this session to listen to at home.
All future sessions will include 25-minutes of talking therapy and 25-minutes of hypnosis.
The number of sessions is required is different for everyone. I see some clients for a few weeks, and others for many months. But you will know when you no longer need my support.
Hypnosis is like a deep, guided daydream. Most clients finish the session feeling very positive and uplifted.
I offer appointments on:
Tuesdays (11am to 8pm)
Wednesdays (11am to 8pm)
Thursdays (9am to 3pm)

My therapy room in Haworth is a large sun room to the rear of my house. I’m very lucky to have fantastic views which can really help to make your therapy process so much more enjoyable. Many of my previous clients have commented about how special this room really is. I will give you full arrival instructions upon booking your first appointment.
Online Hypnotherapy has become equally as popular as face to face since the pandemic. It can save lots of travel time and Zoom works really well. You will receive a Zoom link on your email confirmation and you simply need to click on it at the time of your appointment. The appointment structure will be the same as face to face. When it comes to the hypnosis part of the session, I will ask for you to find somewhere comfortable to lay down and relax. People often find that lying on their bed is best for this or possibly on their sofa/comfy chair. You just need to ensure that you won’t be disturbed for the duration of our call.
