It is natural for humans to feel a little anxiety every now and then. Perhaps when you’re about to go on holiday, have an interview or speak in public. In fact, it is that little drop of anxiety which pushes us to do those things. However for some, the anxiety can become too much of a regular pattern within the mind.
When we feel on the anxious end of things for too long then it can leave us struggling to sleep, unable to push forwards with opportunities and fearful each morning about what the day will bring.
It is likely to become a downward spiral as the less we push ourselves to do, the lower our confidence in ourselves drops and then the less we push ourselves to do…
So we need to break this cycle in the brain in order for you to get back to living life feeling happy and confident.
For some of my clients, anxiety has crept in over a number of months or years, for others they felt like they were born with it. And it is true, we can be more prone to anxiety than others, however that doesn’t mean that we have to live with it.
You can train your brain to think in a fundamentally different way but you need to be open minded to change and willing to let go of those patterns of the past.

Clients start to see changes from the very first session but I would advise around 8 to 12 sessions for anxiety. These can be in person or online, both are equally as effective.
